On 12/23/2025, Grady County Deputies conducted a traffic stop that lead to the arrest of Dustin Bartgis for charges of Trafficking CDS (Methamphetamines), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Without a license. Bartgis is currently out of jail on $150,000 bond in Grady County for other felony drug charges, to include aggravated trafficking in illegal drugs (CF-2025-257).

During the investigation deputies located approximately 39 grams of methamphetamine and other evidence indicating that Bartgis is trafficking methamphetamines. Bartgis was booked into the Grady County Jail.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The arrest records or information published or reported by Grady County Sheriff’s Office are not an indication of guilt of any suspect.
